In 1915 would 10 have been classed as a lot?

It's in this history sources exam paper thing.

It's for an all inclusive trip to France and I want to know if it would have been a lot in 1915 and what sort of money can it be compared to today.

The trip includes:

‘private motor cars…luxurious hotels…casinos, the opera house, balls, concerts, golf, tennis, dancing and bridge tournaments…trains and boats’ and ‘for the tango, tennis, golf and bridge tournaments prizes’.

could tennis count as interval training?

i play two rounds of golf nine holes each twice a week and i play tennis for not less than an hour twice a week. i was reading that you have to do interval training and weight resisitng to lose weight quickly, but i´m not sure where tennis and golf fit in the plan?
