My parents don't care when my brother hurts me?

I have the sh!tiest brother in the world. Let's start from the basics. Every Monday and Wednesday I have Spell Bowl. When he picks me up after his golf training he says "How was Gay Bowl?". I say I don't have it then he starts throwing stuff at me like "The kids there are losers. There is a fat kid there with high socks. There's a chick talking to herself." I mean there are some, he considers me one when I'm not. He starts calling me a dbag and I should get a life. He should get a life. All's he wants to do is be like dad – Be a jerk, treat women badly, rely on others for everything, and treat people below him bad. He says I should go outside and workout and stuff. I do the best I can to not use any money. My parents spend lots of money on him, I don't ask for much. He's 16 and I'm 12.

Will people care if i run on green of golf course?

Honestly, will anybody really care if i run in track spikes on a regulation golf course (its in the off-season so nobody's out playing)?I live right across from the 12th hole of a huge golf course, and there's a lot of houses that border the course, but I don't think it makes that much of a difference.And I would only be doing sprints (interval training).
